polystyrene bobbles - do not use before the space is Really Wind Proof - they get everywhere.

EcoCat - Chelmer & Plumber !   The Plumber was the problem.   Became farcical.  

       many £££   manual control system.

     By Feb 2014 Chelmer started Helping BUT again gave up.   They cannot understand the Fundamental Flaws in their so called High end Product.

    - Tunnel build - day two didn't happen, day three, re-align lots of eps300 insulation.

Leaving concrete block work un-rendered - driving rain goes through 100mm block work.

Some old-house oak, esp. south facing doors, and some of the 4mm double glazing failed

First Planning App!!!  what a disaster.

£££ steel fixing labour - a crane and hollow-crete would save lots of £ for anyone following a build like this ...  by hollow-crete I do not mean aerated RAAC

Partial demolish of the North conservatory in first week!!!  Problem when owner not present and architect writes the "demolish before build" schedule - how dumb is that?

Managed to rescued half of it, that remained as a good 'workspace' for much of the build work into late 2013 !!!

Rock Crusher abandoned in neighbours field

Pour fault in SIKA wall at the raft-kicker - discovered Mid-Feb-14 - JT confident of a fix.

     (Maybe it wasn't a great idea to leave the rear shutters on in the Tunnel ready for insulation.Should have inspected both sides of the pour)

The various trades cleaned up (meaning took both sides back as close to the steel mesh as we dared and rebuilt with Sika based) the areas affected and left exposed for the storms of Feb-Mar 2014 - it is holding, so will be fine when roof structure/tunnel completed.

The south pillar that failed first pour - slow on the pokers, but was properly re-built with the roof pour.  The cut-out section is worthy of the Tate.

Electrician drills through a live water pipe. 

A manhole tube installed upside down and not vertical - so cap won't fit - took 1.5 man  days to fix 12-13-June-2014

Not getting certificates for work done.  It is easy to say "when the job is complete", but many do 'separate' parts of the build, and should sign off their work to the customer and the Building Inspector.
